Below you will find our membership application. Please read through and answer questions carefully and completely. To ensure the safety of our members as well as protect the mission of the CSPH, there will be a background check of each applicant.
Before beginning, be sure that you know which membership tier you are eligible for (Undergraduate Student, Community, New Professional, or Established Professional). Choosing the correct tier is essential for efficient application approval. If you would like to review the tiers, please click here.
The CSPH is designed to provide adults with high-quality education about sexuality and all its related issues, foster a more accurately informed community, and help guide those who are seeking to become sexuality professionals. Please keep in mind that by becoming a member, you are agreeing with the CSPH’s mission. Every member of the CSPH is entitled to their own beliefs and opinions; however we do require that you are not actively working against the goals of the CSPH or claiming that your own opinions are those of the Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health. We reserve the right to revoke your membership without refund should there be any concerns. Before taking any final action, we will contact you to discuss the issue(s).
The CSPH will contact you via email within 2 weeks of receipt to notify you of your application status. Should you be accepted, you will receive an email containing a password and a link to a page where you can complete the membership process and pay. This membership expires in 1 year; we will send you a reminder a month before your membership ends.
