Center Stage Sexual Aid: Wet Synergy Lubricant

Each week The CSPH takes a look at a sexual aid that can be just so darn spectacular for some people, that it needs to be highlighted. This week we have the Wet Synergy Lubricants!

The company Wet has introduced a line of lubricant called Synergy, which comes in Basic and Cool Tingle. The name originates from the combination of water-based lubricant with silicone, creating a cushiony but also silky hybrid formula. Since there is silicone in the lubricant, it shouldn’t be used with silicone toys since it will cause the material to deteriorate. However, the great thing about Synergy is that it’s completely safe to use in the body as well as with latex barriers. Since the lubricant is water-based and not silicone-based but still contains silicone, it will stay on better in the water than lubricant without silicone but it also will wash away more easily with soap and water. The reason for this is that the silicone-based lube doesn’t fully sink into the skin. Therefore, hybrid formulas are a great combo for many people. The company website states that the product delivers “7x longer lasting moisture than other water-based formulas.” Synergy also won’t stain material and has no odor or taste. It is great to use for massage since it sinks into the skin while still retaining moisture. It is also hypoallergenic and doesn’t contain sugar. The lubricant comes in 1.9 ounce bottles and 7 ounce bottles. To see where you can purchase this lubricant or to order a free sample, click here and you will be directed to the main Wet Synergy site. Have fun playing safer!
