Each week The CSPH takes a look at a sexual aid that can be just so darn spectacular for some people, that it needs to be highlighted. In this case, this toy is just so excellent, it is being highlighted a second time. This week’s sexual aid is the We-Vibe II.
How does this product work?
The We-Vibe II’s C-shaped vibrator is an excellent toy for couples who are looking for a change of pace. Designed for c- and g-spot stimulation, one arm of the toy rests on the outside of the body on the labia and clitoris, and the other arm rests inside the vagina on the g-spot. When the vibrator is in place, there is room for a penis or dildo to fit inside for shared pleasure, hence the “couple’s vibrator” title! Specially shaped to hug a vagina-owner’s curves and stay in place during vaginal intercourse, the design of this toy allows for endless amounts of hands-free fun. Also, with a little creativity and some lubrication, this vibrator can also be used during outercourse and oral stimulation thanks to its super-flexible shape.
The button to change the modes and turn the toy off is located on top of the c-spot stimulation arm and can be difficult to press while in the act, so picking the mode you want before insertion might be the most user-friendly method. Holding up to two hours of play on a single charge, the vibrator may not last through an all-night, marathon session. Its dimensions are 80 mm by 28 mm by 18 mm (3” by 1.1” by 0.7”) for the g-spot stimulator arm and 80 mm by 29 mm by 21 mm (3” by 1.1” by 0.8″) for the c-spot stimulator arm. Important Things to Note:
This versatile vibrator is made of 100% lead- and phthalate-free medical grade silicone. Though this toy is safe to use with water-based lubricants, it should not be used with silicone lube, as this will degrade the materials of the toy. While this toy is water-resistant, the charger plugs into a small opening, and water may find its way into the opening if the toy is completely submerged for long periods of time. Keeping It Clean:
This couple’s toy is easily cleaned with soap and water or toy cleaner. In order to avoid battery or motor damage, it is not recommended to boil, dishwash, or subject the We-Vibe II to temperatures higher than body temperature.
