Every week, The CSPH takes a look at a sexual aid that can be just so darn spectacular for some people, that it needs to be highlighted. This week’s sexual aid is Toyfriend‘s Seti!
How the Product Works
A wonderfully versatile and adorable toy, Seti was designed specifically for vulva and anal use. It measures in at 7.4″ long, and comes in a lovely shade of cyan. In addition to turning on the toy, the button at the bottom also cycles the vibrations through two different speeds and three different modes, and when held down, shuts the toy off. The head of the toy is fairly flexible, and has a smooth silicone finish.
While the satellite section of the toy has diffused vibrations, the sensations at the nub are slightly more concentrated. Part of what makes the Seti so spectacular for anal play—especially for beginners—is that the satellite section acts as a flange, preventing the toy from becoming lost in the anus.
In addition, this toy can vibrate its pointed nub against the clitoris, while the dish of the toy vibrates the labia. With a lot of lube, one can vaginally insert the Seti, but unless you really like pinpointed internal vibrations, it’s best left vibrating outside the body. This toy is excellent for some foreplay fiddling, and is quite capable of stimulating frenulums.
Important Things to Note
Seti is powered by two AAA batteries and it comes with its first set; fresh batteries will run for up to four hours of play. A smooth silicone finish covers the toy, so you’ll want to use a water based lube rather than a silicone lube, unless you like your toys deteriorating. This lovely finish also doesn’t cling to dust or lint, unlike most silicone toys.
Additionally, Seti is also waterproof, and can be brought into the shower for even more fun. This toy even comes with a clear plastic stand, which makes for a lovely little display or for separating Seti from other silicone toys.
Keeping it Clean
Seti can be cleaned with warm soap and water or with a gentle toy cleaner. This toy should not be placed in the dishwasher, as that might damage the motor or batteries. Be sure to clean Seti, and any other toys, before and after each use. Even with Seti’s interesting shape, you can still place a condom over it for even easier clean up or for use with a partner.
